What renews each year?
The selected annual platform subscription renews. Development is one-time. Your domain, optional services and additional purchases are separate. Prices shown are before the selected country's tax; the next review shows the breakup. Future price changes are notified before renewal.
What if I miss renewal?
The proposed new-plan policy is 30 days of renewal grace, followed by 90 days of unpublished retention. After day 120 the website is eligible for deletion. Restoration and backup-retention terms must be confirmed in your order. Domain expiry follows separate registrar rules. Existing subscriptions retain their accepted terms.
What do development packages include?
The selected package lists its pages, supplied-content work, product uploads, forms, revisions and handover. Upload capacity is also limited by the website plan. Original writing, integrations and additional changes need a separate quote. No EnquiryGate development is available on One Page.
Can my developer manage it?
Yes. You pay private developer fees directly. Customer-held accounts are recommended; renewal notices otherwise go to the registered holder. Recovery and transfers need verification. Payment or a published contact alone does not grant ownership.
Are new features or SEO services included?
Only available supported platform features are included. Ecommerce is not included. Managed SEO and human maintenance need separate proposals. No guaranteed rankings or leads. Prompt/reference features use their existing credit system.
